The dSPAC website and the accompanying dSPAC mobile app, collectively referred to as "the dSPAC platform", are managed and operated by dSPAC Digital LLC. Redbridge Securities LLC, a firm registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), is the sole provider of all securities and investment opportunities on the dSPAC platform exclusively on a self-directed basis. Check Redbridge Securities on FINRA's BrokerCheck here.
Both Redbridge Securities LLC and dSPAC Digital LLC share the same parent company.
Zero-commission trading is applicable to U.S. listed equities and ETF trades conducted through individual self-directed brokerage accounts via the dSPAC platform. For options trading, a commission fee of $0.99 per contract will be incurred. Option commission bundles, available at discounted rates, can be purchased and are valid for 90 days from the purchase date. Any unused contracts post the 90-day period will be forfeited. Additional bundles can be purchased as desired. Entity self-directed accounts will incur a commission for trades involving both U.S. listed equities and ETFs. Pertinent SEC & FINRA fees might apply. For comprehensive details, please refer to our Commission and Fee Schedule.
Every investment carries risk. The responsibility of determining if an investment, investment strategy, security or any related transaction aligns with your personal investment goals, financial situation, and risk appetite falls solely on you. We urge you to review the linked resources that outline some potential risks, but note that this list is not exhaustive. Trading on margin and trading options might not be suitable for all investors. We recommend reading our Margin Disclosure Statement and the Characteristics & Risks of Standardized Options documents available here. Additionally, you can find regulatory guidance on ETFs here.
Investing in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) entails certain risks. These risks, particularly pertinent to SPACs, might include unproven management teams, lack of operational history, absence of a prior market for the issuer's stock, requirement of additional financing, reliance on key personnel, and dependence on a few customers, among others. However, this list does not cover all potential risks. Consequently, SPACs might not be suitable for every investor. We encourage investors to thoroughly read the offering prospectus related to each public offering or SPAC and to make an informed decision about whether an investment aligns with their investment goals, financial situation, and risk tolerance. For further information about SPACs, refer to the disclosures from FINRA available here and from the Securities and Exchange Commission accessible here.
Please note that factors such as periods of increased market volatility, extreme market conditions, as well as system modifications and disruptions, can sometimes impact your ability to access your account. Rest assured, there are multiple channels available to you for placing orders or accessing information, such as through the app or over the phone. For more details on how we manage these situations, kindly refer to our Business Continuity Plan here.
Please note that all customer account statements and confirmations will be provided exclusively in English.
